Returns and refunds
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with swaps or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee is non-refundable and VizuArts does not cover it.
